I believe the family is unhappy with his demands, requests, image, and position he takes publicly. Behind the scenes, I don't think he treats family well, imo. I don't think he knows how to treat people well at all. I don't think he has that many dimensions to his personality. He has his, mine, i want, and Camilla’s points of view, and that's about it. He has spent mountains of time telling his viewpoint. He's called a workaholic because he has so many viewpoints.
Allegedly, the elite, titled crowd, don't like him. His PR machine has painted a somewhat more beloved image of him that's been very effective for decades. Innovator, inventor, champion of conservation, forerunner of climate change, savior of the people. According to his latest yougov.com poll, he has something like 97% Fame. That's not popularity. That's people who know who he is. Everybody in the world knows who this guy is. If you add his PR machine to it, well, most people will say he's done all these great things. Yea, sure he has. Everything he has an interest in, except the savior of the people, was the interests of his father. As much as he tried, I don't think coffee enemas to cure cancer became a thing. Charles idea. Wonder how many he's had.
I may write in a gossipy, blunt manner, but I don't write untruths knowingly. Everything I say is in the public domain. It's all been said before.
By the way, do you know you're forgotten in two generations? Nobody will know who you were in two generations. All that remains are photos and notes someone wrote about you. If you were famous you would find your way as a statue or into books and articles but the self is gone from memory. Except if all the women had kids quite early and everyone was long lived, then maybe a generation or so longer.
Some people are born to be disasters. Charles is a bully and a bore with a mommy complex who thinks he's brilliant with a naivety that is stunning. He really lacks confidence and intelligence and leeches it out of others and creates his disasters. He's a bad king. Not the first, nor the last. But he will be a pain in too many ways.
