Please share the woosan reading fren!! I would love to see it!
Alright! This is a woosan tarot reading I did yesterday.
*Multiple disclaimers*
1. This is for entertainment purposes only. If this isn’t your thing or you find it stupid, just scroll and leave me alone I don’t wanna see bs in my inbox. Please do not jump me atiny 🙏🏼
2. I am not claiming to know everything about woosan nor I am claiming to be a tarot expert. I’ve only started reading tarot 3 months ago so there’s a lot I may be missing or not grasping. This reading is not coming from someone experienced.
3. This reading is coming from someone who does ship woosan. Or supports them in my eyes so if that bothers you, keep on scrolling. I tried to be unbiased and simply look for the reality in front of me.
Okay I’ve been bonding with my deck for a little while now with personal questions and I’ve wanted to do a woosan reading for so long. But typically when I used to try asking questions about people who aren’t me or my family, it came out wonky or my deck flips on me. It’s hard to explain but I’m very direct with my questions and my deck is usually direct with me. It also got jokes sometimes so I think my deck has a personality. I also like pulling one or two clarifier cards so I can get the full story of what my deck is telling me.
But anyway before posting this, I asked my deck if this reading was correct because I couldn’t fully believe it or put it out there until I was sure.
It gave me Queen of Wands so y’know what here we go.
My deck is the Tarot of the Divine edition.
How does San see Wooyoung: Queen of Swords, Nine of Wands rev, Ace of Wands
San’s view of Wooyoung is someone who’s direct, very smart, and honest with their feelings. This is a clear communicator and an independent person. Quick with words, witty humour too this is in line with the Wooyoung we know. The nine of wands rev is interesting because it means San thinks Wooyoung’s gotten less defensive and less cautious. Less paranoid and a lot more vulnerable which could be a good thing (and very fascinating in the context of their bond) but it’s also exhaustion and fatigue. This can easily be a “hey you seem tired lately” because of work, he does have a lot of schedules. But when I consider it with the rest of the reading it just feels deeper. It’s that Wooyoung has reached a breaking point in carrying or maintaining something and wants to let go of it.
Ace of wands here shows San thinks of Wooyoung as an exciting, creative spark. A passionate, charismatic, energetic person who makes him feel alive and experience life. Apparently ace of wands is also associated with sexual energy and physical attraction. It’s an intense desire card but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. It only gets worse.
How does Wooyoung see San: Three of Cups, Two of Coins, and Wheel of Fortune
Soulmates. San is his soulmate. It’s funny going from San’s pov that a lot of layers to Wooyoung going “I love me some San he’s the best thing that happened to me😊”. The three of cups emphasizes that before anything else, San is his best friend and he makes Wooyoung very happy. Life is an adventure with San by his side. Two of coins makes sense here since San is juggling work with his personal life, other responsibilities etc. and Wooyoung is aware of that. This card can also be playful and turning the tasks of life into a game or trying to find joy in the ups and downs. The wheel of fortune I mean fate, destiny, whatever you wanna call it Wooyoung believes in it. He believes this connection was meant to be and that it was written in the stars.
What’s notable about both sides is they’re on each other’s minds A LOT. They think about the other constantly and yeah they see each other almost everyday because of work. But we know they spend a lot of their free time together. Wooyoung’s pov is telling me if you opened up his brain it’s his parents, his brothers, and San jumbling in there. That’s how much San means to him and how much San is in his head.
But y’know besides the possible underlying meanings of the ace of wands, you could still read all of this as platonic. They’re soulmates, they rejuvenate each other, and they worry about each other. They value each other greatly.
Here is where everything went off the rails.
Were Wooyoung and San destined to meet: Page of Cups
Besides one card that comes up later, I have never seen a more resounding yes. It’s a magical connection, a childlike connection, a connection where they continue to learn about each other and grow through it. It means the universe brought them together to explore this bond. Page of cups is notably seen as the ‘gay card’ or a card that can associated with LGBTQ individuals. What I love about my deck’s page of cups is it depicts Tu’er Shen (Chinese god of same-sex love) as a rabbit connected to the young boy through a red string of fate.
So this is when the romance aspect started to really seep in and I just had to ask the question guys.
Are Wooyoung and San in love: Judgement, Ten of Coins sideways, Ten of Cups, The World
WHERE DO I EVEN START WITH THIS?
I had pulled the first 3 cards for this question initially but after the entire reading I asked the question again because…..what the fuck and I got the World card. Which now is the loudest yes I’ve ever seen so um you can argue with my deck not me.
Judgement signifies an awakening or re-awakening, sort of a rebirth. This is transformative love and transitioning from a difficult period. It’s about maturity, a soul contract and full commitment. According this card, at least to me, Wooyoung and San are in a serious relationship. They’ve made adjustments, re-evaluated what they want, and have renewed their vows sort of. Ten of Coins sideways complicates this whole thing. It appears that Wooyoung and San have reached some sort of enlightenment in their relationship, some awakening. They’re certain of being together forever but this Ten of Coins sideways blocks the flow from Judgement to their Ten of Cups. It’s like external factors causes their relationship to not have the foundation for a “happily ever after”. There is stress here that I think is frustrating and ties back to how San views Wooyoung with that nine of wands reversed.
I think Wooyoung feels the weight of this the most. Again, he can be exhausted for many reasons because his line of work and the fandom can get insane. But for San to associate Wooyoung with two very strong willed cards and then have a card of fatigue in the middle. It’s giving very much “I’m fucking over it” energy and this Ten of Coins sideways adds more to that.
Does KQ approve this relationship: The Empress sideways, The Chariot, Knight of Coins.
Eh. It’s tolerated. It’s not a nurturing environment where the relationship can flourish openly. These cards are heavy with control and career/company first. The company steers this relationship and keeps it on a leash, directing what the public sees or hears. They’re very cautious and honestly may see it more as a risk than something to approve of. My first thought when Knight of Coins popped out was “this is their money-maker”. They can use woosan as a ship for financial gain but they’re not quick to do so because Wooyoung and San’s feelings are not fanservice. It’s very much “we didn’t really want it but since it’s here we might as well use it”.
Business-first, emotions are secondary.
What is Wooyoung and San’s future: Justice, Ten of Wands rev, and King of Coins
Justice is about karmic harmony. Authenticity and honesty wins all. It can also refer to legal formalized binding like marriage and we’re not digging deeper into that or else I’ll start crying. I was already tearing up at this stage in the reading. But tarot is all about intuition and my intuition when I got Justice was that everything will come to light. The truth will be displayed. Then I got the Ten of Wands rev which was so cathartic after this whole reading. With all this love, and happiness, and levels of soulmatism I’ve never seen in my life. But the building pent-up pressure and tiredness was like a thorn and now you finally get the release of the burden.
I’m going to be straightforward with you guys. This combo of cards feels like coming out. Or at least living authentically however that looks like. Don’t quote me on that, if that upsets you take it up with my fucking deck. Idk how far or near in the future this is I didn’t specify but think of woosan as a bright light that has reached or realized its full potential. But there’s still a lid over it and it’s vibrating under the lid. One day, the light is going to explode and achieve the King of Coins. It will get the stable foundation for its Ten of Cups and hold the reins on its own because of its hard work, planning, and strategy. Wooyoung and San are a lot more calculated than I think people give credit, they absolutely thinking of their future and building it accordingly.
If this reading is accurate, my hearts goes out to them but I’m also very proud. I hope you enjoyed it and any tarot readers are welcome to add commentary or any aspects to the cards I may have missed. As I’ve said I’m not an experienced reader but I think I have solid bond with my deck
