Dan set down the last box. He wheezed and collapsed onto the couch. He had moved about thirty boxes, with no-one to help him. He still had ten more boxes to move. Dan opened his backpack and took out his Macbook. He opened it and entered his password. He suddenly remembered that he didn't have any wifi yet. He threw his head back and went to the wifi setting, to see if he could get into any wifi servers.
There were no unlocked wifi servers, but he did try one named "Phil-Rawr". He typed in the first thing that came to mind when seeing the name. "Lion". Boom, he was in. Dan laughed at the foolish password and started browsing the internet, occasionally laughing at random posts he came by.
A knock came from the door, and Dan got up to see who it was. He had no friends to come by, even though he was eighteen at the time, and should have friends. But he didn't. Making friends wasn't something he was the best at.
Dan opened the door and saw a man, about in his earl twenties, a nice haircut, which was similar to Dans. He had jet black hair and was wearing a pair of dark grey skinny jeans with a magenta shirt with a pokemon face on it.
"Hello?" Dan asked, looking at the man's bright, blue eyes.
"Uhm, hello there! I'm Phil, your neighbour, and i saw you struggling to move things. Do you need any help?"
Dan smiled lightly and accepted his offer, and then thought "Wait... Phil.. Was I stealing his wifi? Shit..". Phil smiled as Dan welcomed Phil into his house. Dan closed the door behind Phil, so the cold September air wouldn't make the flat cold. Phil walked into the lounge and noticed Dan's laptop unlocked, a Tumblr page open.
"You have a Tumblr?" Phil asked, looking at Dan. Dan blushed, nodding. "Rude, looking at my unlocked computer." Dan then realized he would have done the same if everything was opposite. "But wait, you don't have internet yet, right? You literally just moved in like, not even five hours ago." Dan's face went red. "I w-was stealing your wifi," He answered, "You should get a better password other than "Lion"." Phil laughed as his face also went red. Dan sat down on the couch, and Phil did the same. "So what's your name? I didn't catch it," Phil asked. Dan looked at him and said,"I'm Dan, nice to meet you, by the way." Phil smiled and said, "You, too. So, let's get to work, shall we?"
After two hours of moving more stuff, Phil said that they should hang out more, and Dan agreed.
Dan and Phil hung out a lot after that. Dan had his flat all set up, and Phil came by almost every day to hang out with Dan. They had a lot of fun together and loved hanging out.
After a year of Dan living in the flat, he is basically living in Phil's flat. He hangs out there almost every day, has his own key, has a change of clothes there, hs his own box of cereal there, and he still uses Phil's wifi, but pays him the money from his job. Dan found a job at the local coffee shop, and he gets paid a lot, really. Ten euro a day, which is good, since he makes sixty dollars a week, and that adds up to £1800 a month. That is actually a really big amount, considering the minimum wage is only five euro.
Dan and Phil were hanging out in Phil's lounge regularly. They were talking about the anime Ouran High School Host Club; one of Phil's favourites at the time. Dan liked the anime, too, but had only seen about three or four episodes, as Phil had watched the series at least two times. Phil really loved the anime.
"You know, I was thinking," Phil said, chuckling, "that since you spend so much time at my flat, why don't you just move in? You're here like, 24/7. We could split the rent." Dan froze up. Was Phil really asking him to move in with him? Dan looked at Phil, surprised he had said that. "Really?" Dan asked, staring into Phil's eyes. Phil nodded, saying "Y-You don't have to, if you don't want to. I-It's fine. I could live on my own." Dan shook his head. "N-No, I'd be really happy to move in with you, but I just.. I didn't think you'd actually ask me this soon. We've only known each other for a year, but hey, why the Hell not?" Phil's face lit up like a Christmas tree with new bulbs. "Yay!" Phil cheered, "But we'd have to get a new flat, because this one is too small." Dan nodded, agreeing. 'I also found this thing on the internet, it's called YouTube. You can get money by just making videos and getting views. I was thinking about starting one." "Go for it," Phil encouraged, "I'm not stopping you. Go right ahead." Dan smiled happily. He was going to move in with his best friend. And crush. Yeah, Dan has a small crush on Phil. Okay, it's not small. It's pretty huge. He really likes Phil...
After three months of looking around for a flat, they finally found one. It was a perfect size. Although Dan had to leave his job at the coffee shop, he could find another job. Phil had to find another job, too. He also started a YouTube channel so they could earn more money.
But yes, although they actually liked each other, they never told anyone. Their YouTube channels grew. Dan had over four-million subscribers by the year 2015, and Phil had almost three-million by 2015. Everyone on tumblr keeps screeching "#GETPHILTO4MIL" because it's a trend now.
They also started dating. They cuddled a lot, they kissed a lot, but still surprisingly never had sex. Weird, right? You'd think that they'd have sex at some point, but nope. Phil still acted like an eleven-year-old, and Dan still acted like a thirteen-year-old. Even though Phil WAS older than Dan, he still acted more childish. But that's why in the year 2020, Phil reached 7 million. Dan reached 6.5 million. They came out in 2018, and Dan proposed in 2021. Because Dan proposed in 2021, they got married in 2022.
Eventually their channels died down. They still made videos up until they felt it was time to stop. Dan stopped when he was 45, and Phil stopped when he was 47. Of course all the teenagers who had watched them in 2015 were huge fans and never really left cried over this. Especially since Dan's first video was titled "Hello Internet", his very last video was called "Goodbye, Internet." A lot of people fell apart, even though most were al grown up, in their thirties, twenties, and even in their forties.
Dan and Phil also adopted a child, and his name was Brandon. He looked like the Dan and Phil love-child, so everyone called him Dil, because of the Sims Series that Dan and Phil made back in 2015.
Dil carried on the family tradition of YouTube. Dil also met a guy (Dil was gay as well. Looks like Dan and Phil's gayness rubbed off on Dil) and his name was Josh. Josh and Dil got married, and adopted a child too. The child's name was Kayla. She had brown eyes like Dil, brown hair, and liked to write fanfiction. Of course shw was young, though. She was eleven. An eleven year old, fanfiction-writing girl. And she was bisexual, so there was a chance of her actually giving birth to a child. But she later found out when she was twenty, that she couldn't have children. This saddened her, but she still went and got a girlfriend. Yup. A girlfriend. God, this family is so gay.
Phil died at the age of 84. Dan was still alive at the time, and was too upset to handle it. Dan stayed in his room and cried all day. Yes, he was an old man, but he still had feelings. His love for Phil was just as strong as it was in 2022.
Dan died three years later. But in between Phil dying and Dan's death, Dan was always in his room. Dil and Josh would visit a lot, and so would Kayla and her girlfriend. Dan would come out for only food and showers. He never did anything but cry. The worst part was that he actually died young. The average man dies at the age of 130 now. Dan died young, too.
Dan and Phil were buried next to each other. Dan and and Phil Lester were forever in the hearts of so many people.
