Hello Rawrmoona! How are you doing? I wanted to come and thank you for all the awesome art and aus you've created! They're so cool and I think about them a lot! You inspire me :D! I also really like how you draw the toons, they're so cute. Shelly is my favorite especially from your Fae au too (I also follow your X) she's so squishy. And I love how you draw Vee too! She's so pretty and the lesbian in me makes me weak for her in all the aus.

I do have a question about your Slasher au! From the recent comic you made (which is awesome sauce and I love it.) I'm curious on how the relationships between the slashers and the handlers are like? Well we know that Dandy wanted payback from Devan but I'm curious on the reactions from the others of their own "handlers". And I'm very curious on what this payback that Dandy mention is too!

And about their relationships...

Out of all of them, only Vee is the one that is blood related to her sister, the rest are adopted from their respective families.

Astro has a good relationship with Austin, they (Astro) is foreigner and got separated from their parents, however they got fostered by Austin's family (a pretty rich one at that) and Astro quickly bonded with Austin, to the point they consider each other actual siblings. Astro still seeks Austin for some guidance, however, he doesn't really know what Astro is up to.

Sprout was adopted by Sam's family after Sam's stepmother lost her baby, so to fill that gap they just got Sprout. Even if at the start things went well, after Sprout got into the show, her mother started to mistreat her a lot and not take into accountability a lot of her mental health. Sam was also affected, but since Sam was a lot older than Sprout they just run away and kinda left Sprout by herself. It led to a lot of bitterness, and even if Sam currently is trying to make up for their absence, Sprout doesn't seem able to forgive them completely.

Dandy was also adopted, and was the favorite son, which led to Devan grow really bitter of him, specially for Dandy being such a talented child. Delilah had a legacy on her name and money that she'd leave to Dandy to inherit after she died (she eventually would pass out because of cancer) but Devan contested legally on that and sorta ruined part of Dandy's life plans in the process. Dandy didn't really hated him until that point, he actually wanted to get closer to Devan, but thanks to Devan's behavior he did what he did and got his "payback".

Vee is the younger sister, her parents were quite harsh and had a lot of expectations on her, in which she got to handle quite well thanks to having Veronica's support all her life, but sadly even with all that support she still created the need for her to be always better and be bigger. Because of her ambition, she ended up frustrated when some things didn't go as she planned, and while she was driving with Veronica being a passenger, she tried to cheer/calm Vee down, but Vee ended up causing an accident and it led to Veronica's death. It changed her forever... Specially because Veronica was the only thing that kept Vee from letting her ambition go too far.

Shelly grew on an orphanage most of her life, she was never picked or got a family, but she got the company of Shanon her entire life and saw her as a big sister. When they left the orphanage, they build their life together. Shanon was an important influence on Shelly's sense of justice and do what's right (even though it sorta got distorted over time) so she was always trying her best to make her proud. When Shelly met Tisha, she decided it was time to leave and they moved to Garden View. She still keeps contact with Shanon and she always makes sure she can come back any time that she will greet her with open arms.

Are any of the killers in your slasher au inspired by any slashers from films, or are they completely original? I'm curious about this despite having never watched a single slasher film.

I tried to keep them a slasher killer vibe but also maintain their cartoon counterpart personality, so yes my designs got a lot of inspiration from other slasher movies! Mostly on the design, not much on the story.

Vee - Jigsaw + Pearl

Dyle - Also Jigsaw + Pinhead

There's also a few more inspirations to their designs that have no real connection to movies, like a few things I got inspired from the original killers from Dead by Daylight (Astro design got heavy inspo on The Legion for example) or other kinds of horror medias I like :D
