Yes and no hahaha

The unspoken reason for the two of them wanting to have a baby was definitely because Mike got empty nest syndrome after his falling out with Spamton LOL

I feel like he really wanted to become a dad after that, and up until Kris' fountain is opened, there was a portion of time where, after Host's Lightner contact left because of the Spamton falling-out, Mike actually had his body fixed for a while, it was his primary condition since he felt like he'd

while Host was more lax about it and wouldn't mind either way, they'd be the one carrying either way so

Biggest concern was whether they'd be able to have a kid at all, and if they did, how would the hybrid situation even work. Host was the only TV Darkner in that dark world, while Mike as a Microphone Darkner was the most common and dismissed type of Darkner in the cable due to their small sizes as well as being support Darkners.

All this to say that Yes, Tena was very much planned :) It was less about the planning and more about whether it was possible at all. Host might have started out as neutral on the baby situation, but they grew to love Tena so much, he's the reason they went Omega in the first place
