Achilles in Aulis
My friend @achillesisnotcomingdown had this idea which you can also see here
So yeah I decided to design this a bit! This is totally random of course. It needs A LOT of touch up but hey it is midnight I have to wake up early tomorrow and I just had to try! Hahahaha! before I write something that is as promised to @lilyanneblack eventually I will but for now here it is!
I did get some inspiration from mycenean dresses taking inspiration from some women's dresses as well as the infamous painting for the robes here I have to confess I took some inspiration from Troy movie particularly this pose because I really liked the style but I tried to touch it up a little to make it more "mycenean" but of course kept some basic shapes there because why not! XD
I also added jewelry and of course the earrings. Earrings were not usually worn by men in ancient Greece and it was more of a sign of femininity so yeah Achilles kinda got a piercing while being in Skyros and kept it? Hahahaha arriving like a queen in the tent and everyone be like "THIS is the strongest of all Greeks?!"
Forgive me the sketch is terrible. I had very tiny sketchbook and zero talent so yeah! The thing he is holding was inspired by the scepter of power they wield but I had zero inspiration so just painted it copper! Hahahahaha!
