Ough, like I said, most of the Lore got on tumblr through random asks and posts and just didn't go into the fic, but!

The small silvery scars on Sam's neck are from where Belos' gauntlets cut him when he snapped his neck

(This may or may not get into the fic, I haven't. Found a place to put it naturally yet. It was supposed to happen ages ago, but it didn't feel right) Auric's death was an "accident." He got killed for "backtalking," but it wasn't meant to be a killing blow--it was meant to be a glancing face blow, as Belos does, but Auric moved/flinched/attempted to dodge, and it slashed his throat

Steven has migraines as well as seizures

Frank lost his arm BEFORE Belos killed him and was successfully the golden guard for years after losing it. He was taken in at age five and killed at age 23, so sans the guards that were completely raised from infancy by Belos, he was with Belos for the longest out of most of them (he came after Jason, who died particularly young, hence why he was so young when he was taken in)
