The ISU has released a communication on January 6th raising the technical minimum scores for the Ladies for Worlds.

SAINT JOHN, N.B. — Patrick Chan texted Mike Slipchuk during the men's free program at the Canadian figure skating championships on Saturday night. Canada's three-time world champion wanted Slipchuk to pass along a message to young Stephen

Some interesting things in the article that was posted on Facebook. 

They feel good going forward with Gogoloev, Phan, and Orzel who are all Juniors.

Gabby will be monitored in the weeks to come to see how she is progressing physically and mentally, to see if she is prepared.

Silver Medalist Aurora Cotop (who only had one international competition and didn’t do that well) does not have the minimum technical score. She will be sent to the Bavarian Open to get the score she needs to qualify for Worlds.

Presumably, after that and 4CC, they will make a decision between, Lakryn Austman, Veronik Mallet, Gabby Daleman and Aurora Cotop on who to send to Worlds with Alaine.
