Aushna: Aushna is an 18 year old resident of the Dark City and has trained for much of her life to be the Last Traveler. Her grandmother, an Elder of the city, prophesied Aushna at birth to journey to the Towers and steal the light back for humanity, a feat many have failed to achieve before her. Aushna is determined to see her people flourish once again and to be once of the first in centuries to lay eyes on the rising sun. Aushna fears failure. With the world resting on her shoulders, she understands her options are to return with the light or join the ranks of those lost amongst the Sands.

The Last Goliath: As the last protector of the Light, The Goliath has slumbered beneath the Sands, awaiting the inevitable approach of humanity’s champion. Their sole purpose is the protect the light from humanities greed and corruption, a force that will dim and eventually destroy it. If humanity attains this power, The Goliath Will he left to rubble, eventually sinking under the dunes to be forgotten.
