A diet alone isn’t going to fix years of nutritional abuse in a few weeks. You need to have a long term plan that you can enjoy and see small results along the way. If you have a fulltime job where you work long hours like me but your use to eating 3 times a day and never exercising, you can’t force the change and hope that by eating 6 times a day and training every night will instantly change you. This is going to add even more stress to you life and definitely won’t be sustainable, leaving you worse off when you fall back into your old habits. . For those who are willing to change there life at a consistent rate, you should look at introducing 1 new habit in every 3-4 weeks. I keep it a month because it’s easier and more concrete. This could be just to clean up the three meals you have each day. Instead of spending $15-$20 on roadhouse cafe foods, you could spend that money on ingredients that will make you 3 or 4 meals which you can pack and take with you too work. Then continue to make small changes and watch the life you use to hate fade away. . If you need any assistance or ideas on change feel free to send me a message or contact me for your very own customised lifestyle program.
