Notes

Joy and Sadness hold hands together and give each other a gentle look. Also, Anxiety actually looks calm for once, and Ennui also doesn’t shy away from smiling.

After the song finishes, Fear rests his arm on Anger’s head.

Nostalgia peeks in from behind Embarrassment, clearly hiding from the other emotions.

'Mr. Cobblepot,' by Pixar animator Austin Madison. Madison sees the Penguin as 'probably DC's most under-rated character,' frequently 'treated with disdain' by artists, 'as if they can't wait to finish the drawing and move on to the next character.' Madison views the Penguin 'as a gentleman monster. Someone who might walk off the Titanic, but would also be at home on the iceberg.'
