Ghost Stories

Danny starts writing books. He started by writing down Danni's adventures as a children's series, because she legally didn't exist and also didn't have any formal education and couldn't do it herself. The books were a hit. Suddenly other ghosts were clamoring for their stories to be told, even GhostWriter. Finally they had a way to get their stories told. a way to be remembered. Danny gets to keep the royalties in exchange.

Things were going great until Jason picked up one of the books to see what all the fuss was about. and loved them. something about them was familiar though. he couldn't quite place it, he mostly shrugs the feeling off. Cass and Steph find a few of them next and love them too. Damian has to read one for class and begrudgingly admits that its tolerable. Dick reads one at random after hearing some civilians talking about them. Tim and Bruce are finally forced to read them when a case lands them both on bed rest and the kids take everything out of the med bay but a few of their faves from Danny's (now prolific) collection. And found unreleased details from cold (and lukewarm) cases going back decades. Their blood runs cold. They immediately devour all the books left out for them.

Who is this Danny Fenton? and where is he getting his information? Is he secretly an immortal shapeshifting serial killer? Is he a mind reader? Who are his sources? Why hasn't he brought this to the police? Why is he making money off of it? WHO IS DANNY FENTON!?!?¿‽‽¡¡

So Danny is a famous best selling author in the multiverse (DP universe is different from the DC universe), he has written several books. Ghostwriter is his editor, publisher and distributor.

Jazz got him to start writing a journal to help with his mental health and to let his feeling out in a safe manner. He liked it so much that he decided to write some actual books

One of his books is part autobiographical and part self-help for heroes. Including chapters about having mad scientist for parents, being cloned by supervillain, having met an evil version of yourself from the future, why your rogue gallery can be so weird, Dating its complicated, etc.

He co-wrote a few books with Dani, one was about what is like to be a clone and having a clone, another is a travel guide to the Infinte Realms

Another book is meant to be humorous and is about die and being dead. A lot of death humor. Death and Dying for Dummies.

Maybe an Art book filled with photographs of space that he took pictures of. Some not being possible to view from Earth.

Author Danny

So I've been seeing a lot of Danny having different careers other than being a superhero, so i present to you 'AUTHOR DANNY' or more accurately 'FANFIC WRITER DANNY'

Part 1 ?

Everything is fine. No matter what everyone else say, everything is fine. He was totally not having a mental breakdown or anything. Actually, he was doing an amazing job hiding it- not that there was anything to hide. Of course, that was until Wes found him hiding beside the school dumpster and said the dreaded words "are you okay?"

That question was all it took for Danny to tell him everything. From his declining grades, to his parents last attempt to capture him (as phantom) and just has a mental breakdown. It was like a Dam of words just spilled. (Jazz would be proud that he is talking about his problems)

Wes who was not really expecting such a huge mental breakdown to happen gave him the one advice that always helped him whenever he was overwhelmed. ✨ writing fanfictions ✨ ( and by helped he meant distract him from the problem) and advices Danny that if he didn't know what to write, then he could probably take inspiration from other fanfic writers/promt writers *cough* tumbler *cough*

Danny being oh so desperate for a distraction proceeds to go through many apps and websites reading fanfiction taking notes on the fanfictions that he liked/ could take inspiration from and found himself enjoying fanfictions that are more focused on the JL, or more accurately the fanfics that includes their well known/potential love interests. (Basically romance fanfics about the JL) (also wes's advice worked)

And so he ended up writing his own fanfictions. Those fanfics being:

*Batman x Brucie,

*Red Robin x Superboy (Kon-El),

*Superman x Brucie Wayne,

*Green Lantern x Green Arrow,

*Martian Manhunter x Superman,

*Flash x Green Lantern

*Robin x Superboy (Jon)

*and etc.

But here is the twist. Danny sister is Jazz and she wants to be a psychologist; and so whenever she rants to Danny some of it stick to him. So the fanfics he writes ends up being so emotional with so many deep meanings that could be interpreted into so many different meanings.

He showed his fanfics to Jazz, Sam, Tucker and the cause of this all, Wes. All of them really enjoyed reading everything he wrote. It made some pretty interesting debates whether which heroes would be compatible for relationship; in the end Batman x Brucie Wayne always won.

Part 2

After a lot of convincing and reassuring, Danny finally uploaded a few of his fanfictions on a popular fanfic website. Now, it is pretty well known that danny has very low self-esteem, so imagine his surprise when the next morning his emails were bombarded with compliments and people begging that he writes more. it turns out the people also like it fanfictions involving about the romance of their local heroes and their deep meanings on others perspectives.

They even started making paperprints and selling them. All you need to know was that Sam helped with the publishing, and Tucker helped with the printing an editing, and now the three of them were swimming and cash.

His fanfictions that's so popular in fact that some college and high school theater kids have decided to make musicals at of his fanfictions (with Danny's permission of course).It turns out that those group of kids where mostly from Metropolis and Gotham.

So when Damian's school suggested they put on a play about a Fanfic that was pretty popular within the students and faculty, everyone was on board. Well everyone except Damian because why would they want to put on a play based on a fanfiction titled 'To you from afar' (Batman x Brucie Wayne), but immediately changed his mind and was all on board the moment he finished reading it, mostly because of the author's hilarious take on the theories and conspiracies between the relationship between the mysterious-protecter-darknight Batman, and Himbodad-partyboy Bruce Wayne and the compelling story with deep interpretation.

And so now that Damian was going to be helping, everything now needs to be perfect, but he really isn't that knowledgeable about plays or theaters, and the teachers did say that you are allowed to ask for help from their families, and he was working on the 'you are allowed to ask for help, we won't think that you're weaker we promise -Says Richard', and decides to enlist the help of their family book reader and expert on romance novelties being Jason Todd.

Danny: I wrote a book

Jazz: You what?!

Danny: I wrote a book. It's a gay romance novel about the Spirit of Halloween falling in love with a boy who celebrates Christmas too early.

Jazz: That's.....actually adorable.

Danny: thank you. I want you to help sell it while I go hide in Gotham

Jazz: What Why?

Danny: Fright Knight did not like me turning him into the protagonist of a gay Hallmark book. I'm hiding before he catch me.

Jazz: Why Gotham?

Danny: Fright Knight is scared of Batman. Luckily, Batman pre-order my book for his son Tim, who is also in the mafia alphabet, so I'm using that as an excuse.

Jazz: I-

Danny: By the way, Batman is Bruce Wayne. Now that you know that you are no longer safe and need to make sure I don't get caught either.

Jazz: You son of a-!
