I have to admit these were alot of fun to make. I honestly had forgotten about personalizing and decorating shit like we used to do in the 90s/Y2K era with crappy magazine cut outs and an excessive amounts of tape. You should definitely get yourself a journal and fuck it up! Its funny that even as an artist i tend to overlook the little stuff and forget to just be messy and chaotic. So heres my first step at it, hopefully it will entice me to get into journaling alot more. Ive always struggled to keep journaling as a consistant interest and with the recent feeling of being surrounded by death and misfortune, i wanted to create something that can embody my entire being that i can leave behind. Something special for anyone who reads it and knew me be able to feel my presense right next to them when they open it. It may sound useless or even pointless, and idk if anyone will truely treasure it or maybe see it as garbage but i guess thats the gamble we all take in our walks with life and death at our sides. 🌺💀
