Enzo didn't even wait for her to actually respond, instead walking up the stairs immediately after his words. Nothing but a grin was shown on his face, however, as he still managed to hear her with his heightened hearing once he got to her room. Once he was in, Enzo glanced around and straightened out her bed, his ears listening close to hear if she would end up following him.

Elijah smiled as he walked in the house and found a very pregnant Jenna there. He moved over to her and kissed her cheek. “Do you need anything while I am up? I don’t mind getting it for you.” He murmured while he wrapped his arms around her waist.

“Can you feel it kicking?”

He put a hand to her belly and looked down at it. He looked up at her with a smile on his face as he felt it. He nodded his head. It was perfect. The baby was kicking.

          “So. Are you here to join my ‘act like our real           biggest problem is what we’re doing for dinner           tonight’ pity party?”

The brunette’s chin came to rest on her arms, which hung over the back of the couch as she shifted round to face her aunt. Sculpted brows lifted, her lips curving up into a small smile as her eyes sparkled, miraculously, with laughter.

          “Or do you have a date? Maybe with a certain           very dashing History professor -- still super           weird, by the way. Cute, but -- weird.”

She teased, breaking out into a grin.

Maybe Enzo might have crossed a bit of a line, maybe expressing his jealousy openly and making it more obvious than he should. Though he still continued to keep on his act, not even wanting to admit it to himself even with Jenna vastly approaching and nudging his shoulder.
