Oh my god one of the NPCs is autistic for real. You talk to him and he infodumps about the aqua bus. He wants to one day create a scale model of an aqua bus without needing a reference. He’s taking photos every day and familiarizing himself with them, and he offers to let you join the aqua bus enthusiasts and then starts giving reminders of don’t interfere with the normal function or disturb tour guides. And just. It made me smile a lot ☁️ (I think I forgot to add my tag to a previous one, sorry!)
