I finally have an appointment for my evaluation for autism and ADHD!!!
If I get at least one of the diagnoses I can request a higher “degree of disability” and can finally get officially recognised as “severely disabled”

I did the testing. Why. Because I am sick and tired of being asked: “Did you take the test. What was it like. And who did the testing.” Since when am I compelled to explain what being autistic is like. It’s different for everyone. It is hard not to use the word, autism. We are not autism. It’s a sliding scale. Aspergers is very complex. A savant can have serious barriers to reading any room. Desperate parents do desperate parenting. If the whole thing is the fault of a vaccine, it helps ease the guilt. An autistic savant might be able to construct an algorithm, but if they are unable to use a public bathroom, all bets are off. Savants are so rare, they cease to exist. I count cards in any casino. I have never lost at Blackjack. But that does not get me a job as a wedding planner.
The first rule of communication is Do Not Speak. Speaking comes with consequences like being told you are stupid. It follows you for life. Parents demand a diagnosis. As if it’s a pill. Be careful of what you wish for. I never tell people to buy a book that explains. Never explain. Anyone who is autistic would probably throw such a book across the room at the wall. We are not a disease. We are not a problem to be solved. We are not an emergency. We are not a road map. We are not a focus group. We are people who see things that are different from the ways the normals see (usually in black and white) what they are told to see. I regret taking the test. We are the greatest maskers who ever lived.
my papa was just diagnosed with adhd
also autism testing in 1 day!!
Still a better autism test than the AQ
autism testing is just:
do you feel as if you are constantly acting and that you can never be who you truly are? do you feel everything at once and are unable to make it stop? does the idea of breaking your carefully constructed routine make you physically ill?
and
can you remember you family and friends birthdays? what about numbers? do you like numbers?
Hi, I'm going to be tested for autism (haven't gotten the dates yet) and I was wondering what the tests are like. I was wondering if they were questionnaires like the ones where you answer "sometimes, never, rarely, almost always" of if they're different. I know they're different kinds of tests so please share your experience. I'm kind of nervous about them ^^'
Alright so I'm doing a thing
I'm trying to get enough money to do autism testing, which it's really expensive and I don't have any insurance
So till I raise enough money to get an Autism Diagnosis I'm gonna be doing a drawing a day
Posting videos over on my TikTok, and gonna be posting the full finished drawings on my Instagram
I'm doing donations through my Kofi
Anything helps, even if you can't donate just liking and/or sharing the video on TikTok, liking and saving the posts on Instagram, reblogging this post really helps me out
Thank you for reading 😊😊😊
