After a day of travel, a day long workshop, most of a day of panels, and finally a lunch time workshop today...I'm realizing that I've hit my coherent brain limit. Like trying to be articulate and organized in my thoughts during the workshop just felt like moving through sludge. But then I can spend 20 minutes coherently talking to my lyft driver about composition and first year writing on the way to the airport? Even so, my body and brain are feeling the brain struggle today. Thankfully I'm about to board my flight. Unthankfully I don't land at my final destination until midnight 😩
