Fabled World ;; Cy, Ava, & David

     The more time that Cyrus spent with David, the more he felt like he was centered and focused again. He was able to open up to him with ease and he didn’t feel like he was disappointing him. It was hard to disappoint someone who was on your level of ‘absolute terrible human being’. After the whole ‘dreamscape reality’ thing it was nice to be hanging out with him again. Oddly enough. 

     So there they were, at a new vegan place that Cyrus had found. He was surprised by all the food variety that David was willing to try, especially since Cy was vegan so their options when did they go out were somewhat limited. They were just talking, not exactly discreetly about cult and murder. It was a vegan place though, it’s not like anyone around them was really listening to their conversation after all. 

     As their food came out, Cy noticed someone was creeping out of the corner of his eye and he frowned, hoping that it wasn’t anyone spying on them. He really didn’t need to get in trouble. He was just there to eat his vegan mac and cheese and talk with David about weird life things. Weird, kind of murdery life things. But still, weird life things.

Fallout Zone (AU) || Jaden & Ava

“Stop right there!” Jaden called out after the pair of robbers in all black barged out of Pansaw’s Bank with sacks slung over their shoulders. She hovered in front of them with magic swirling in her palms, dressed in red leather as Enchantress, and her partner for the evening, Phoenix wasn’t too far away from providing back up. The robbers stopped in their tracks and stared at the vigilante for a moment before they took off to the left and ran. The magician sighed in exasperation, rolling her eyes behind her mask. “Why do they always run?” she muttered to herself. She pressed a button to activate her com to communicate with the other hero. “Phoenix, they’re heading in your...agh!” 

Her words were cut off by a stabbing headache––one that had been visiting more and more frequently over the last few days with some weird visions. She fell to the ground, collapsing to her knees and clutching at her head, taking deep breaths. The visions were coming in hot and fast through her mind, clearer than ever. She saw herself, with people she knew like Avalon and Mari, standing together and feeling...empowered. But they weren’t heroes. Visions of brutal and bloody violence, and chaos began overwhelming her mind to the point of her hands and eyes glowing bright blue with magic. She couldn’t stop it...and she let out a scream in pain, yelling out the first name that she knew would come to help her.

“Ava! Ava, help!”
