It was suggested that I start mediating again. And if I were to put an animation or a guided mediation to it, it would be this.

I feel like life has been guiding me through the openings of my chakras into an avatar state..and I’m not quite sure how I’m navigating it right now. 

Along with meditation, a new journaling method was introduced to me as I write to an overlooked relationship (which has now been pointed out to me)–me & control 😬

I mean, I’ve been told that I have “really good self-control.” But that was probably about passing on an enticing Starbucks drink for my morning haha.  - Or maybe it’s not control. Maybe it’s actually the freedom from feeling bad for setting boundaries, or when your autonomy was taken from you in the past  🤯

I will call this Part I. I’m still curious as to what control looks like in people’s lives, or the lack thereof. So @intrinsicallyher​ thank you for also pondering this with me 😅

Also, still highlighting Toph and the beginnings of metal bending 🙌🏽

Avatar the Last Airbender Concept:

Aang is dead. Korra is the new avatar. She, too, dies, and the next avatar is born. An earth bender.

But.

He is bullied throughout his young life. Other benders picked on him. Made him feel worthless. He learns how Aang took bending away from people. He learns it’s the only way to truly have peace.

This avatar proceeds to rid the world of bending altogether.

Soon, he is the only bender left and is a tyrant leader.

But a small soul is born. They are the last bender altogether and must stop the avatar.

Oh, How the turn tables.

I call it.

Bender. The Last Bender.
