Dante & Harley: Art Gallery

Finally the renovation of the whole building was ready and done. He liked his new office, the meeting-room and all the other offices of his employment. But still, there was something missing. Something bright and colorful, something artistic. Yes, he needed paintings, a few of them. Just to brighten up the white walls of several rooms and offices. When he mentioned this to his PA she told him about this art gallery; run by a miss Harley Davidson. His PA searched the address and number and Dante told her he would take a look.

Which he did, a few days later. He parked his BMW right in front of the art gallery and stepped out of the car. After straightening his suit he entered the art gallery and slowly looked around. He saw several great paintings which he liked. Now if only he could have a word with this miss Davidson. Where could she be? Was she even here? He wondered.

Levi leaned up against the side of his car, not more than a block away from his place. He’d had a lot on his mind these days. Or rather, he’d been busy distracting himself from thinking too hard on these things. It hardly hurt to take a breather from it all. And that usually meant a cigarette break. Exhaling, he went around to the trunk of his car and popped it open.

It was a sleek looking thing, faster than his old truck could ever manage. He hated it. Levi seemed to be preoccupied by what was inside when he realized he had company. He raised his head, immediately resenting whoever had interrupted him- and promptly shutting the trunk. "What?" He started, his tone already short and impatient.

It was a welcome change, working for his private investigator friends again. And fortunately he was going to work on that case with Laura, the associate. She had been the one to keep him away from jail and he was forever thankful for that. In return he had promised to help her with some cases she was working on – and this time she really needed his help. A friend of hers hired them to find out who had killed her boyfriend. Police had said it was an accident and closed the file, but she refused to believe it.

''I don't know. I don't think she has anything to do with that.'' His brunette friend beside him stated, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. Eric gave her a shrug. ''Can't be wrong to ask her about it.'' All he knew was that a woman lived there who had been linked to several other murder cases, but nobody ever seemed to have seen these connection. He stepped towards the front door, peeking through the house's windows first before he knocked at the door, waiting for it to be opened.

A brow raises slowly at the sudden flirtation coming from your lips, causing him to turn around and face you whilst a corner of his lips twitches skyward. Slowly his oceanic hued eyes scan your physique before they shift back to meet your gaze, prior to murmuring softly.
