This guacamole recipe is the perfect accompaniment to your hummus avocado flatbread. It's creamy, flavorful, and adds a refreshing twist to your meal.
Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted. 1 small red onion, finely diced. 1 small tomato, diced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 lime, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: To make the avocados smooth, use a fork to mash them in a bowl. Mix the mashed avocados with the tomato, cilantro, minced garlic, and red onion that has been cut into small pieces. Combine well. Pour the juice of one lime over the mix and mix it all together. Add pepper and salt to taste. If you need to, change the seasoning. Spread the guacamole on flatbread and serve it with your favorite hummus. Have fun!
