Is anyone out there who has experience with an avoidant, or is one themselves and might be open to a few questions?
I was in this relationship with a dismissive avoidant, and I can go on about the trauma that I felt during and after.. but what I really want to share is how she taught me to be present in the moment.
I guess because avoidants are wired to move on and not keep long term relationships, they make effort to enjoy the moment or maybe that's just her.
Either way I am thankful for that gift among others she's left me..
But she would be my 1st and last avoidant.
i love you narcissists, sociopaths, cluster b people, people with low empathy, people who don’t know how to control their emotions, people who hold onto their anger, people who don’t feel like people, other kin, people who feel more like monsters than human, people with avoidant attachment style, people who are made out to be villains by society
This sucks to see but is also helpful to see. I dont ever want to think about him like this but honestly if he was able to make me out to be the villain and throw me away then he's obviously not who I thought he was and that makes me super sad.
These popped up on Facebook this morning and 😂😂😂 the audacity 🤣
That isn't love. Thank goodness for friends & the realization in purple. I almost lost myself last night.
