Hi! How does Skullbriar interact with Reyhan? Will the counters be different for Reyhan's trigger?

When Skullbriar dies or goes to the command zone with +1/+1 counters on it, Reyhan’s second ability with trigger and allow you to put that many +1/+1 counters on a target creature of your choice.

Yes, Skullbriar keeps its own counters AND Reyhan adds more to another creature.

Crib Swap can be cast from gy using Horde of Notions right? And does it exile the spell since it was cast from the gy or that's specifically for flashback mechanic? Thank you! :)

Yes, you can cast it with Horde of Notions’s ability.

Crib Swap won’t be exiled since nothing is telling it to go to exile or anywhere else. It’ll just go back to the graveyard.

Exiling an instant or sorcery that’s cast from the graveyard is specifically part of flashback. Any other effects that let you cast instants or sorceries in graveyards have to specifically say where the card goes when it resolves if it’s not to the graveyard.

She’ll be exiled and return as a planeswalker.

The creature she blocked is still blocked and still attacking you or whatever planeswalker it was attacking beforehand. It won’t deal combat damage to anything unless it has trample.

Both tokens are created by the vat and subject to the same conditions. Neither one is the “original” or the “copy”.
