Hey, I just had a friend come out as trans. And I’m asking other people this too, so you don’t have to answer. But I was wondering if ya have any ideas on how to make it special for them. They live alone and kinda wanna do something for them ya know? I’ve got an idea of cupcakes with the trans flag frosted or iced on. But I was wondering if ya have any other ideas? Cheers. I am all for trans people having gender reveal parties. Maybe y'all could celebrate together or with a few other people (provided that none of you have been exposed to COVID). And you could give lil gag gifts that are stereotypical gendered things as a joke. Like, a baseball glove and baseball for a trans guy or a doll for a trans girl, just for giggles, yknow? And you can just hang out, eat cake, play games, etc. I would also get them a real gift, something a newly out trans person might need. Like, you could get a binder, breast forms, a packer, trans tape, or whatever else they might want/need! A supportive card is always nice, too 😊
