First Winter Walkabout 2020.
Joy. Finally got to get out and trudge thru the snow.

Over the last month or so I have been looking into axes. Mainly the Cold steel Trail Boss and the CRKT Woods Chogan T Hawk. The main reason was I owned both. The Woods Chogan for About 5 years and the Trail Boss I recently purchased. In the past I have had issues processing wood at stare and federal camp sites . Data Processing This tree was pretty gnarly. It came down after getting chewed out by beetles and destroyed my fence, coming pretty close to hitting my chicken house as well. I don’t have a chainsaw at the moment, so I’m using this as a good opportunity to get some axe work in and clear my head as I chop away.
