I converted to Aldi, way better prices then WalMart. We went to WalMart just to pick up a few things and spent over $100 I was like never again!! Though I'll probably end up doing it again
I don’t think we have Aldi here. We live in a teeny town farther away from the base and the “military” town. It’s either Walmart or Piggly Wiggly unless we want to drive all the way to base. I actually went into Piggly Wiggly with the intention of doing my shopping there today but it smelled funny. And the carts were very shallow. I left. I’m finicky apparently.

Lol I'm the opposite. I sometimes shop hungry/with a headache so I end up buying 5 things then starving for the rest of the week.
Man, if only it worked that way for me! Though, yeah, if I don’t feel good I don’t spend long there. But hungry, I seriously grab everything.

True facts. Did the same thing this week after being super lean budget wise. But, like you, got a lot of freezer things for later. At least that's what I'm telling myself. ;)
Haha, same here. I probably got about 2 weeks worth of frozen meals. My husband swears when he’s gone I live on chicken pot pies. He might be right.

I do this all the time. I shop online now though and have a meal plan so I just search for a list of ingredients. When I don't, I spend a stupid amount!
I am so jealous of you UK people who have that as an option. I think I’ve heard about Amazon having something similar. I’ve looked a couple times but delivery prices are pretty high. And it gives me a reason to get off my lazy arse.

I know it's the worst thing to do. I just end up buying everything that catches my eye
And it’s always crap! At least for me. I might or might not have bought 4 packages of ready bake cookies.

military wife?? LOL I know the feeling!
Yep, military wife here. The commissary is it’s own brand of ergh but at least the prices are good.

You should have it bandaged up properly. Sprains suck, my sprained wrist took a few month to heal, while when I had the same wrist broken it took twice less time. :(
You’re right, I probably should. I’m horrible about injuries and doctors and pain meds. I usually just “suck it up”. Which definitely won’t help the healing process.

One of the things I learned in nursing school is the days AFTER twisting it are the ones you need to stay off it the most; the swelling and healing is very busy at that point and any pressure at all may not HURT but damages the healing process :<
Well, that’s not good news. Though most days I’m sedentary on my computer. I go out to take the dogs out. So I haven’t been stressing it too much. Just today.

Just be careful. I had a bad sprain year before last and I spent a lot of time with Aleve, a frozen bag of peas and a propping pillow. ;)
I haven’t been taking anything except some ibuprofen before I go to bed so I can try to get some sleep. Haven’t iced it either. I am such a HORRIBLE injured/ill person.

Awh I feel you. I fell on the step leading to my garden and sprained my foot. Horrible! Hope it heals soon :)

Ouch! I hope it gets better soon
Thanks guys! I am such a horrible klutz. I really do have the clumsy trait.
