So I have this vision:

It's the Swiper air hockey mini game from Dora's Carnival Adventure but Swiper is replaced by The Unbounded Soul/2nd Apostle from Midwest Angelica while Admiral Nero/1st Apostle watches in the background because he too big. It takes place in a abandoned arcade where a sighting of The Starkill/Azazel was reported. If you lose, you get infected with The Starkill. If you win... you still get infected with The Starkill, a lose-lose if you will. It will be comedic in nature yet horrifying. /gen

So last night during my shift I was watching Emortal Marcus's stream of rewatching the first season of Midwest Angelica. I wrote notes as we went along and developed my theory for the backstory of AZ-001 around half way through.

It's possible that AZ-001 is a virus/hivemind like species that traverses the cosmos looking for planets with life. It then infiltrates these planets, taking over the living organisms to grow its hive. There is a good likely AZ-001 has done this to other planets before.

The brain wave activity could be the "mother ship" scanning for life so it knows which planets to "assimilate".

When I finished the whole stream, my theory seemed to be correct. And now I had ten pages of notes.

The only thing I could add is that the contingent intelligence was most likely underestimated. Extrapolating from the trials on the deer, coyote, and onion, the cell's replacement seems to know when to "mask" or "lay-low" when being under observation. This could be as a way to observe the intelligence of the organism observing it.

I found it even more engaging to be writing notes as the stream continued, keeping track of dates, times names. And I can't wait for him to drop the reaction video of act two and the middle part between the two seasons.
