Az Talks Release Dates

Hey Y’all! So, it’s somehow already December 3rd…how did that happen?

With the holiday season and end of the year in my sight, I would expect a certain level of consistency with the weather. Although it is definitely supposed to be winter by now, and while I definitely won’t complain about the occasional 60oF degree-days, the weather here in New York City has been about as consistent as Lil Wayne’s Carter V release date (that is to say not very consistent at all). Speaking of consistency and the end of the year, why don’t I go ahead and lay out the scheduled album release dates of some of my most anticipated projects of the year?

December is usually a wonderful month for major label releases, as many blockbuster releases tend to come in tandem with the holiday season – this year is hardly an exception. With that being said and with a little over three weeks until the 2014 book is closed, here are some of the albums that will be released before everyone’s year-ending festivities – and, who knows, with big name artists like Lil Wayne, DJ Premier & Royce Da 5’9”, Ghostface Killah, J. Cole, Mike Will, Nicki Minaj, YG, French Montana, Tyga, and Gucci all scheduled to drop albums before (or on) Christmas, you might even find your track of the year on one of these projects.

So, without further ado, let me tune you into the sounds that will color the rest of the year. (This also lets me listen to all of these projects before I make my annual Year-End-Summation-Listicle style album rankings – woo!!)
