Rashel Reguigne, Communications Officer, shares her feedback on Azendoo
Following a conversation that we exchanged on facebook, I had the pleasure of taking tea with Rashel, an avid Azendoo user.
Rashel is someone I would defiantly call a multi-tasker because she works on a multitude of projects at the same time. For starters, her 9 to 5 is at the communications agency Studioxine, but she is also a member of several associations, she teaches Web 2.0 in schools, and she organizes web events for Node Bordelais. In short, Rashel is an ideal Azendoo user and it is full of great feedback and new ideas!

What were you looking for when you tried the app?
I work on several projects at the same time with different people, so I really needed to synchronize and centralize my activities. I’ve had enough with emails; this tool is not at all suited for coordination...
In short, I was looking for a way to organize my work. Unfortunately, I had to tried several different applications before finding Azendoo. In the end, I stuck with Azendoo for its simplicity of use, fluid interface and easy task management.
At the same time, I also use Timetracker Anuko, Google Drive, Zoho Invoice and Dropbox. With these tools, I can combine everything I need to get stuff done, from anywhere!
How and with whom do you use the application?
I primarily use the app with my associate and my intern. To put it simply, I have a morning ritual: I turn on my phone, I look at my calendar, and then I open my Azendoo mobile application to consult and plan my workday.
Once at the office, I use Azendoo to exchange documents, delegate tasks to my intern and continue to knockout my daily to-do list. I don’t really use the messages because of their 280-character limitation, which bothers me a bit...
Well in that case, you’ll be happy to hear that we removed the character limitation last week!
Oh… that’s good news! I may be discovering a new use of the application.
Have you had any problems getting your team to use the application?
I must admit that my partner isn’t very "geeky"… she doesn’t really like to dive into new applications. So establishing Azendoo as our home base took some time, but now she’s got the hang of it!
Work is progressing so much faster with this application. To be honest, I don’t know how I lived without it!
What is your favorite feature?
I mainly focus my use of the app on task management. I really like being able to plan my days, my weeks, or my "to-do’s", and then delegate a task with it’s necessary content; sub-task lists, deadlines, etc.
What would you do to improve the application?
First, I would improve the mobile application by offering more features. In addition, regarding task management, I’d like to plan some of my tasks for a date later than “next week”, and have "Unorganized Tasks" more visible.
Who would you recommend the application to?
Well… All independent entrepreneurs and VSE (very small enterprises) / SME (small and medium enterprises), no matter their sector. Azendoo is primarily an application for teamwork, so you have to use it with your team, even if it also works very well for individual task management.
