Azure Healthcare - Profit Upgrade Worth Watching

Firstly - An apology is long overdue for those who follow this blog. Over the past 12 months I haven’t been trading at all. My focus has been on my family and running a startup company that is growing strongly.

I’m aiming to change that in 2014 as I thoroughly enjoy the thrill of the chase to find emerging companies… Plus it’s profitable.

So, there are two companies I think are worth watching in 2014. I don’t have time at this stage to my normal detailed analysis, but will briefly mention the first one as a starting point for your own research :)

Azure Healthcare - AZV

This is a very simple proposition. AZV have released profit guidance of NPAT for the fist 6 months of 12/13 FY to be $2.1-$2.5m and assuming that will be consistent for the full FY equates to $4.1-$5m. With a current market capitalisation of $50m, this equates to a PE of 10-12.

The company is a rapidly growing business in the IT space. Considering its apparent growth trajectory and peers trading closer to 20+ this is a buy and hold while it is re-rated in the coming months.
