What if one day, Ochako just absentmindedly starts braiding Tsuyu's hair and she's surprisingly good at it. Ochako braiding/setting Tsuyu's hair becomes a regular occurrence. Tsuyu even teaches Ochako how to do her iconic ribbon and after that she's always the one to do it
