Catra: Scorpias just the worst. She thinks she's so smart and so pretty. She makes me feel good about the world and my place in it.
ok people with 80s she ra knowledge identify them Now please
Entrapta: morally grey but overall good leaning character who in the end does help our hero’s rather than hurting them and commits to helping them especially after being called out on how her behavior has and still is hurting the people who thought they could trust her
Wrong hordak: was convinced that what prime had him do was good and all that, did I’m sure lots of fucked up things but once he realized prime isn’t the god he made himself out to be and that his actions were super messed up started doing good things and is working towards redemption, he did bad stuff that cannot be forgiven but he’s working towards doing some actual good
Catra: antagonist who did some super bad things because of trauma she endured and wanting to be untouchable and inflicting pain so that she wouldn’t have to feel the pain she had to go through most her life who in the end apologzies and works to make up for all the mistakes she made and pain she caused and actually makes an effort and helps people
Shadow weaver: manipulative from the start, abuses and uses and hurts people who only wanted her approval, doesn’t own up to the fact that she is hurting others because she doesn’t care, she only cares about power and what she wants and will hurt and use whoever in order to get what she wants, does one good thing at the end but isn’t a good person or a hero and now will never make up for all the pain she caused and inflicted, not like she would’ve done that had she lived
Hordak: was abused by prime and when given the chance to start over and heal instead turned to becoming a genocidal dictator and causing countless deaths and suffering for years, isn’t under any kind of control and is just doing this because he’s awful and wants to be powerful and prove himself but in the end is also doing this because he wants to and he likes the power, does one good thing in the end but not to be good and try to start the road to redemption but because he just really hated prime. He probably will never work towards making up for his ‘mistakes’ or I guess not mistakes but horrible actions, doesn’t deserve redemption even if he sought it out.
they’re all neurodivergent, all of them, you cannot stop me
Adora: [stares out the window, looking pensive]
Glimmer: She's so beautiful, so thoughtful... I wonder what she's thinking?
Adora, internally: Wed-nes-day... Whensday? Wendesday??
The difference between Entrapta and Hordak is that Entrapta’s villainous tendencies come from being on the side of science before being on the side of good or evil, she’s morally neutral in that sense, but despite that, she’s still kind and clearly values other people! When she realized that the portal was too unstable and dangerous, she tried to stop it as well. So while she’s morally gray, she still cares about others and isn’t willing to sacrifice everyone for science. She’s a complex villain with a good heart
Hordak wants to commit genocide because he has daddy issues
glimmer: so..... whatcha doing
