the idea that in the b99 world charles has posted peraltiago fanfic somewhere makes me laugh so hard like do they find this in amy's promotion background check? or imagine years in the future when the kids are in school jake's fbi background checker has a few questions

13) do you think jake should be canonly bi?

Okay so I go back and forth on this.. it is a headcanon of mine, and it would make me so unbelievably happy for jake to be canonly bi for my own representation and happiness, and as they have amped up the jokes about jake finding men attractive 1) it has become less unlikely and 2) i worry a little bit about queerbaiting? i don’t really think the show truthfully queerbaits but there is a danger... on the other hand though, i know there isn’t at ALL a limit on the amount of queer people that can be on a show or exist in a space but I worry that jake coming out could possibly overshadow Rosa’s coming out, especially in terms of the show’s general audience’s consciousness of who is queer in the show.  I feel like if they were to write this into the story I would like it to be something casual and just accepted, kind of like that headcanon someone wrote that was where John Mulaney guest starred and came into the precinct and Jake slowly realized that they used to like make out and hold hands and realizes he had a boyfriend... but yeah basically this is my way of saying that I struggle with my answer to this question.  it is ABSOLUTELY a headcanon of mine that he is Bi and i would love for my own personal reasons to have that explored no doubt

20) name a platonic relationship that you feel needs more focus/attention in the show.

Ooh! I always love Rosa and Charles friendship dynamic and I always want to see that more because it was so unlikely at the beginning and has become so trustworthy.

16. Why do you watch it?Because it's a great show with a bunch of funny plots and lines, and the characters are great and I really like the way they touch uncomfortable subjects (and I also have a crush on andy samberg)

29. Favorite cold open?That's a hard one but I think the one with Holt tasting the marshmallow :D

44. Your favorite fic based on the show?There are just too many to pick just 1. or 10. or even 100 I guess. (I specifically looked at my bookmarks list and there is 100 b99 fics... and that's definitely not all of them cause there was a time I didn't bookmark fics so... I guess the number is huge)

Boyle, Jeffords, Hitchcock and Sarge?

Boyle: can you cook?

Kind of? Like I can cook a killer breakfast, and I’ve been cooking for myself for a few years now, but nothing too fancy. Also, my mom made me learn a few basic dishes and cook one meal a day during my winter break in my senior year of high school because “you can’t get married and not know how to cook like I did.” So. 

Jeffords: would you say you’re the mom friend?

A hundred percent, especially now that I don’t drink at all anymore. I have some stories from this past summer… yeah, I’m the mom friend.

Hitchcock: favourite food?

My dad makes this amazing chicken stew (closest approximation since there isn’t really a translation for the Afrikaans word ‘potjie’) and it’s my favourite thing in the world. It’s made in a black pot over an open flame and I could eat it for the rest of my life.

Sarge: favourite term of endearment?

‘Love’ but said in Afrikaans so if someone called me ‘lief’ I would die. (And I have, girls in all girls boarding schools are real affectionate and I had a friend who called me ‘lief’ for over a year and didn’t understand why I liked it so much - newsflash, it was because I was a baby bi and SOFT for girls.)
