The thing with Jake is that I didn't like him in the beginning. He physically reminded me of someone I knew and hated a few years back, so I was basically repulsed and was ready to not like him for his idiotism or whatever. But then like as the show went on I couldn't help wanting to hug him and adopt him and feed him sour candy.
The thing about Jake Peralta is that you cannot hate him. You literally can't. He's this really funny and cool and immature guy who also- and more importantly- has a huge heart of gold and cares about people and apologizes when he does something wrong and tries his best to take care of people he loves even though he sometimes screws it up and can be very serious when it's needed and would risk anything to stay with Amy, including his job which he loves so much, and is honest about his feelings even though he feels confused and acts weird when you show him affection sometimes and he puts his everything in his relationships.
What the hell did we do to deserve this quirky angel?
And, a bit off topic, that is so hot like he is one of those characters who is like so-so attractive but when you mix in his personality he turns into a bloody god and like the way he wears the uniform and the suits and those diamond earrings that one time like man.
Guess this is a rant about Jake. Ignore the previous paragraph.
