Most of the time I wish I were a bit more like Rosa. I mean she is always so confident and doesn't take shit from anyone yet she is also a huge feeler even if she doesn't like to admit it.

Also while we're here I really liked that Jake's response to Rosa telling him she hadn't come out to her parents yet was a sincere "well obviously you don't have to". It's so common to hear that your family HAS to know about your sexuality, even it wouldn't be safe or you're just not ready to tell them (and if you don't your "hiding" or "dishonest").

Your sexuality is personal to you and not something you owe to anyone, not even your family. It was nice that B99 took a second to acknowledge that.
