See if Hollywood was smart, Chad Powers would’ve been a network show with 18-25 episodes and we’d get house parties where Chad can’t drink as much cause loose lips and realizes he doesn’t want to drink while watching everyone stumble around him, school/football life balance where he’s failing and has to take tutoring cause they don’t just pass the quarterback like they used to, very young girls throwing themselves at Chad (because he’s the popular quarterback) while he’s trying to avoid them like the plague, Danny finding a boyfriend who just wants to be friends with Chad to move up the social ladder (mirror!), more teammate dynamics and drama about having a job or drug testing, more time to building up Ricky/Chad so that the fallout hurts us more

And we would’ve gotten the whole football season!!

Just realized when the guy asked “in Montreal?” he didn’t mean it as in the night clubs in Montreal sucks but that Ilya is asking about going out. In Montreal. Where he always disappears. To see Jane.

Just some gavries things that stuck with me during tonight’s watch

Pete saving Ray before he could even say the “I like but if you fall I won’t pick you up” line

Ray smiling at McVries’ snarky answer to Harkness telling him that they weren’t wondering why he was writing everything down

Them both so caught up in staring at each other that Ray just gets another warning

Ray comes back from his panicking after realizing that Pete is holding onto him

How Ray smiles to himself while Pete speaks about how he wants his wish to make two winners for The Long Walk

Pete is always miffed whenever someone else talks to Ray so he butts in.

Pete only listens to Ray when he’s told to leave someone alone.

When Ray takes off his shoes and Pete says “fuck me” and grimaces at the sight of Ray’s bloodied feet. (Bro probably thought Ray would drop much sooner than he did).

These fucking gays and their hand touches reassuring themselves that they’re back together when Ray and Art catch back up

The movie will definitely not get any Oscar buzz, but if it did, Cooper has me sold with how Ray shakes when Tressler is shot after stepping off the road
