I was watching Jungle Cubs and it’s such a cute show. Seeing the origin story of the Jungle Book Gang.  I saw the episode where lil’ Kaa becomes friends with Mongo. Then Bagheera tries to warn them they shouldn’t be friends because Mongo will grow up to be a natural predator of snakes.

 I am a fan of sneks in general and Kaa is no exception. I’m a sucker for friendships between animals that would usually be enemies in the wild so i had to draw them. I may have to draw them more, there is not enough art of Mongo. >.<

I started watching 72 Cutest Animals on Netflix and just had to get some of these guys down. For the python,,,, I couldn't figure out how to make it look more like a baby aside from putting the pencil next to it for size comparison
