Tomorrow I find out if I have to continue wearing my brace, because according to my x Rays I took on Friday I'm done growing! Which means there's like no change my curves are gonna increase. Im nervous and excited! Also terrified because I'm 5'2" and done growing.

Every 30 minutes to an hour, just get up and stretch. Go get a drink or take a bathroom break or whatever. I have chronic joint pain and I have to do this or my joints freeze up and get really sore. Not a magic cure, but it should help some. :)
it sounds super obvious but its amazing how often i forget to take breaks hahaha but i gotta keep this in mind!!!

Heatbags, yoga, a proper desk and office chair, and back exercises. Try to not play for longer than 15 minutes without doing shoulder exercises
im looking at heating pads on amazon rn and ive also taken over my dads office desk when hes not using it, only problem is the chair goes suuuuper far back if i lean on it so i gotta see if i can fix that

Gods I feel old. I have (for a little over a week now) have been having terrible pain in my back. Figuring it was muscle strain I took ibuprofen and have been using my mom's heating pad. Since it hasn't gotten better I talked to my mom, my resident medical professional, and the combo of her and WebMD we have determined I have a severe compression of my nerves in my lower back. I know people have it way worse than me out there. People are in chronic pain and for me complain feels wrong. But this honestly isn't something I'm use too. I have an appointment with the chiropractor. (Or as I like to say "The Magic Spine Doctor.") Let's hope it helps.
So I have mild scoliosis of my thoracic spine, which isn't that big of a shock nor that big of a deal, but it's nice to finally have a diagnosis other than "my stupid back".
