All right, Tumblr, I’m here to reintroduce a meme that was popular about 12-13 years ago. The gist of it is that people used to take the music video for “Apache” by Tommy Seebach and replace the original song with another one of their choosing. Me, I chose to do this using a little-known metal disco (that’s right, metal disco) song by a little-known disco band from Italy called Giants. Fronted by the late Danny B. Besquet and Ronnie Jackson, they showed people what was possible with disco with their 1979 banger “Backdoor Man” (no relation to other songs with the same title)
