Dovewing lives a happy life in thunderclan but after an accident in the badger dam she notices something weird, she never seen someone not smiling. She starts taking actions but nothing really works, until she remembers something or rather someone...

BACKGROUND CATS of Longstar au - Thunderclan edition
A quick post to keep y'all invested - Here are the new cats in Thunderclan, based on the unidentified cats in the first Arc!
Myrtlemask (previously seen in the Clan Decorations post) was found abandoned as a kit and raised alongside Lionheart and Goldenflower. She always knew she wanted to be a Permaqueen, but also dabbles in herbs and camp care if needed. The sire of her litter is unknown to Thunderclan, save for Historian Smallear. (He is a Shadowclan tom, which makes the Shadowclan invasions Very Awkward along with Traumatizing)
Myrtlemask's Litter! These five are bundles of joy and whimsy, and make it to adulthood because I Don't Want To Kill Babies.
Dandelionpelt was mentored by Willowpelt, and takes his job Very Seriously, just like he does most everything. He helps to mentor Cloudtail as well as teach any cat who wishes to learn.
Whistleface was mentored by Runningwind and Mousefur, patroller and Storykeeper respectively, and is an absolute menace to society. She eventually mentors a certain cat in Storykeeping after he is injured by a monster...
Batfur is mentored by Frostfur (who is the rare Permaqueen to keep up some of her previous Role) and Mousefur when Frostfur becomes pregnant. A bundle of positivity and movement, who may mentor a certain brown tabby molly for a time...
Garlicear was mentored by Goldenflower in Crafting and Spottedleaf and Yellowfang in Herbalism. He's a real momma's kit, and loves to make his clan look pretty! He is Ferncloud's mentor instead of Dustpelt, so Dust doesn't date his student because Ew.
Eggbelly was mentored by her mother and Speckletail in the art of Kit Care, and is loving, sweet, and kind. And will verbally disassemble you to your factory components if you make a kit cry.
So a really long time ago I posted characters from a story idea called Stray Cats (look in the Stray Cats tag if you forgot about it or haven't seen any uploads for it) and since I got the idea for the characters after hearing the song "Stray Cat Strut" as a kid I thought it would be funny if background cats were caricatures of famous singers. So I just thought of random singers and drew them as cats. Maybe I'll do more in the future, idk.
Also I know some people probably won't know who Fats Waller is and I admit I'm not too familiar with his work myself (other than seeing him in the film Stormy Weather), but the reason I chose him was because one of the Censored Eleven cartoons Tin Pan Alley Cats had a caricature of him and from screenshots I've seen from the short (like this one ) I remember thinking "Damn, they got his eyes and eyebrows so accurately, if only the whole thing wasn't an offensive blackface caricatures." So I decided to try and caricature him as a cat that ISN'T a racist stereotype.
Also I knew I wanted the Dolly Parton cat to have "hair" resembling Dolly Parton's hair but I admit the final result does kinda make her look like a Pomeranian lmao.
Also I want any background caricatures to be based on singers from multiple decades but the latest decade I'm gonna go is the 70s so that means I'm not gonna draw a Billie Eillish cat or a Taylor Swift cat or whatever else it is you darn kids listen to these days 😤
