Vegan Buttercreme-Lemon-Cake 🍰🍋
Baked a delicious gooseberries cake for my mother-in-law yesterday🙂
Vegan Mudcake!
Difficulty: easy!
Prep. time: 10 mins + 45 mins baking time
Ingredients for a 26cm form:
- 500 g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 350 ml sprinkling water
- 200g ml soy milk
- 150 ml oil
- 50 g cocoa
- 500-600 ml soy cream
- 2-3 bananas
- if you like: dark chocolate crisps
1. Heat the oven at 200°C.
2. Mix all the ingredients to a fluffy pastry. Add the pastry in the form and bake around 45 mins at 200°C.
3. Let the pastry cool.
4. Whip the cream and the chocolate crisps.
5. Halve the dough and spread with the half of the cream. Put cutten bananas on it and add the other half of the cream.
6. Sprinkle the other half of the dough as crumbles on the top.
And ready to enjoy! :*
