More visual development from Netflix's "Back to the Outback:" we spent quite a bit of time ideating on this design of a lookalike leaf gag that Nigel (designed/painted by someone else) would encounter as the crew made their way through the forest towards the Bungle Bungles, but ultimately it ended up getting OOPed (out-of-picture'd). The challenge of this design was to use naturalistic materials that would be in that environment while still creating an immediately recognizable silhouette of Nigel - all while still keeping it fun. As you can see, we tried many solutions - this isn't even all of them!
