I love, love, love baked sweet potatoes, however, I've discovered that I love roasted sweet potatoes also! I've been eating baked sweet potatoes for years so I decided that I'd try something new and I'm in #foodielove! These pair great with your favorite lean protein source and green veggies for a true balanced meal. I actually look forward to eating whenever I get hungry, now that I have figured out how to get them exactly how I wanted them! These are great in between meals also! Here's the recipe in case you wanna make them! Ingredients ◇ 3 to 4 medium to large peeled sweet potatoes ◇ Olive Oil ◇ Cinnamon ◇ McCormick's Sweet and Savory salt free seasoning Directions 1. Peel sweet potatoes using a vegetable peeler, rinse the potatoes, cut up the potatoes in cubes or slices (your choice), then toss the sweet potatoes into a mixing bowl. 2. Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil. 3. Sprinkle cinnamon and seasoning over the potatoes. Mix together well 4. Pour the potato mixture on a foil lined baking sheet in a single layer. 5. Bake for 20 to minutes. 6. Turn over the potatoes and let them bake for another 20 min.
