Please help doggie, good Samaritan in Brooklyn NYC NYC 81st Precinct [phone] THIS DOG IS LOCATED AT 844 Madison street Brooklyn 11221. THE COPS HAVE BEEN CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES, NY BULLY CREW HAS COME OUT. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. COPS WERE JUST CALLED AGAIN. IT IS 95 DEGREES OUT!! I am not in NYC currently and was sent this picture. Backstory. I have asked the owners for these dogs. The owners are seniors and their younger son owns these dogs but is never there. They clearly used them for breeding (there is a male not pictured) mom gave birth about a month ago. Puppies are already being sold. This is disgusting, I have been threatened by the owner. Untrustworthy dog breeder

So boyfriend and I are looking for a puppy to add to our family. Get in contact with a breeder through a friend. Because the breeder doesn't have a site or anything posted about their methods for raising the pups and adopting them out I decided I needed to ask some questions first.

Like: how do you go about socializing the pups before selling them? What's the health of mom and dad like? Are the pups kept outside or inside or a mixture before being weaned? What g or you started in breeding these dogs?

Questions that would hopefully mean if get a healthy puppy and shows the breeder I'm not just some rando looking for a puppy from anywhere. Breeder answered about mom and dad immediately but never answered about socializing the pups. Left me on read for 2 days. Guess that answers that question. For sure not getting a puppy from them.
