Idk if I posted this here, but I moved in December! Lovely 2.5 is acre place with a creek, woods, a nice small barn, and a fully heated greenhouse. And the other day I got the two does and the chickens to the new house! Well, really the chickens came this last Wednesday and the goats got here about a week and a half before the chickens did. Now I just need to set things up to get the boys here and I'll be set. :) no more running back and forth between work and houses to feed animals. Honestly that was exhausting and tiring since the person I moved away from refuses to help me unless I insist. But any whooooo.... I felt Seraphina's (the white goat) baby(ies?) Kick today! No wonder she doesn't like me touching her. She must be very uncomfortable with all that kicking I felt. 😂 Baby(ies) are due March 7th! I'm excited. While I've helped deliver babies before (dogs and cats, was a foster for a while for some shelters), but it'll be my first for goats. Luckily I have people on hand who can help if I need it. And she's due on a weekend. While the 7th is a Sunday and I have to work, my housemate grew up with goats and horses and whatnot and has experience with helping animals deliver if I need her to be there to help. She's awesome like that. :)

And yes, Beez (the black goat) is constantly knocking over my red bucket with some loose minerals in it. The little turd. Lol And while Sera is uncomfortable at times and doesn't want to cuddle like she used too, Beez is up my butt demanding attention recently. She's probably going into another heat cycle here soon. I still haven't solidly decided when I want to breed here. As I don't own a buck to service her, but I do believe I know someone who does. I just need to talk to them and ask about the paperwork and fees involved. Lol

Unusal Nestbox Friends Red Bourbon Turkey Hen and India Blue Pea Hen (both freerange) have decided to comeinto one of my chicken coops nest side-by-side. Of Note; The Turkey HATES me, she bit me last week when I was filling her water dish, however she tolerates all other manner of animals.

She lays a giant brown egg every goddamn day because she’s a consummate professional. Bavmorda (left) is our Silver-Laced Wyandotte. She’s an antihero midway through a redemption arc. She doesn’t start fights, but she finishes them. Lays medium pinky-brown eggs and brags about every one.
