Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges. 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Remove the potato wedges from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired before serving.
