These cheese bacon nachos are a tasty keto-friendly take on traditional nachos. They are full of flavor and great for satisfying your crunchy, savory cravings without feeling guilty.
Ingredients: 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled. 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos optional. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup guacamole. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on the baking sheet. Sprinkle cooked bacon evenly over the cheese. Add sliced jalapenos and diced tomatoes on top if using. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with dollops of sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
