Watched bad batch and I am SOBBING SHAKING ABOUT TO COMMIT VIOLENCE THEY KILLED MY AUTISTIC BABYGIRL AND I WILL NEVER RECOVER AND THEY KIDNAPPED OMEGA AND WE SAW CROSSHAIR FOF LIKE 12 SECONDS AND MY ENTIRE FAMILY SAW ME ON THE VERGE OF TEARS OVER A KIDS SHOW AND- *starts sobbing onto my rainbow gay blanket*

here’s the actual analysis instead of me just screaming:

it’s cody’s voice at the beginning and im hoping that’s a sign. seems like the show will be the bad batch trying to infiltrate the empire (then we can assume they removed their chips). the first trailer shot is kamino, and there’s a shot of crosshair throwing plates at people in what looks like a kaminoan cafeteria, shots of them in those training fields we saw domino squad go through in tcw. they also fight some droids painted yellow, like domino squad does, so maybe that’s them going through training. first episodes will probably be kamino, then.

tarkin compliments them in one scene, and from this i would guess that tarkin will be the main antagonist for this show. the variety of planets in quick cuts (i didnt recognize any) either means they visit many planets trying to survive or save other clones under the chip, or they’re sent to them on missions by the empire. hunter in civilian clothes—undercover mission? or them trying to stay under empire radar.

and THEN there’s the imperial clones. inevitably we’re going to learn just how far the chip influence goes. the armor is pretty much the same as in tcw, but none of them have paint, since the empire doesn’t want them as individuals. the batch are going to have to fight their brothers and OUCH. at some point they’re going to have to hurt someone they recognize.

and *maz kanata voice* who’s the girl? she looks kinda like fennec shand but that’s probably just me hoping. maybe a bounty hunter that bad batch eventually recruits to help them?

(i’m SO HYPED to see echo again but mad they made him white. terrified that we’re going to see cody under imperial control. and also terrified that the clones are still under the chips, yet it’s also scary if they aren’t and are aware of what they’re being forced to do.)
