I bet you anything that we’re going to see a moment where Crosshair is armed again and has a moment of hesitation before shooting

How the First Two Episodes of Season Two Might Foreshadow Tech’s Survival
I’m probably retreading a lot of old ground that I and numerous others have already covered, but I can’t help but keep coming back to details in both “The Ruins of War” and “The Spoils of War” that seem an awful lot like foreshadowing. I’ve decided to gather them into a single post for convenience and further discussion. Anyways, on to the examples.
1. It’s Raining Tech: An interesting parallel between the beginning and end of the second season is the fact that Tech falls from a great height twice: escaping from the Imperial ship in a cargo container and falling from the tram in Plan 99. Tech’s first fall has a resolution in Season 2 (he survived, but sustained injuries) but his second one is more ambiguous since we don’t see him actually hit the ground and the only “proof” of his “death” is his battered goggles. This parallel seems intentional, and having Tech survive his second fall with injuries like he did his first one would be an effective callback to the beginning of Season 2. As George Lucas once said, “it’s like poetry — it rhymes”.
They're setting up Echo to kill Scorch aren't they.
Watch Mount Tantiss be on a planet that had shown up in a previous Star wars piece of media and was either not a big deal of a planet at the time or a really big deal in whatever media it was in
Are u excited for the bad batch show? I'm kinda worried about the portrayal of the Jedi? Also, what's your opinion on Disney's wider portrayal of the Jedi (in comics and stuff)?
I'm looking forward to it, though I'm definitely one of those on the "fingers crossed for Cody content" train.
I don't think the show will have that much to do with the Jedi? We obviously don't know much about it yet, so I could be wrong, but I doubt they will come up much. If they do, and it starts leaning Jedi-critical, then I'll be disappointed, but with everything being pure speculation right now, I'm not going to get too worked up over "maybes".
I haven't really read much expanded material in the current continuity. From what I've seen from other pro-Jedi meta writers, so far it seems more charitable to the Jedi than not? I've seen a lot of praise for the comics, at least. But I don't have enough direct experience to give an informed and in-depth opinion on how the Jedi are handled under Disney's expanded material.
This may be a little out there and convoluted, but given that the Captain Ballast action figure has the same markings as Howzer from the new episode, could it be that the real Howzer is actually dead or otherwise missing and Ballast is impersonating him? This might work if "Howzer" has to report to a new unit and nobody has ever met him before (or really knows his service record,) so it's not immediately obvious that he's not who he says he is.
He could quickly establish a reputation for not being one for chit chat and use that to avoid any questions that might reveal the truth. If Ballast and Howzer worked together throughout the war and one was the other's direct subordinate it'll be easier because that'll give them more similar experiences/knowledge bases to pull this off than if they didn't.
Edit: A less exciting explanation is that Howzer eventually defects and uses Ballast as a pseudonym.
I was watching star wars explained, and one of their questioners threw out the possibility that omega is a strand cast of Jango, instead of a full on clone. With her being a template for a new type of clone.
I like that idea.
