Does anyone else get when you're so stressed and/ overwhelmed that you can't world build? I miss living little stories inside my head but right now there is nothing but the outside world.

My dad wants to have lunch with me tomorrow. I realized I haven't really seen him since I moved out a a year and a half ago and the thought of seeing him for a meal immediately made me spiral.
I wanted to ditch everything and leave my city, my state...wanted to run away out of the goddamn country. Thought worse than that even. Because where do you go if fleeing to another country couldn't get you away from someone you did. not. want to see??
The spiral was incredibly severe. I am fine now. It's over, but now I just want to cry because feeling like that was fucking awful.
So uhhhh...I don't have cancer again. But I do have endometriosis. I'm supposed to just be glad I'm not dying but I'm just...at least that explains the difficulty getting and staying pregnant.
*sigh*
I did not think this would be so hard.
Ah so we’re back to a period of feeling like the most annoying person alive that’s just in the way of everyone else having a good time and I should just avoid all social interactions forever u_u
*has a new realization related to childhood trauma that I thought I’d dealt with years ago*
Yelling makes me panic so much even when it isn’t directed at me.. I hate it I hate it I hate it
